EXPECT TO:
Gain an intellectual and embodied understanding of hip function through palpation, mobility, and stability exercises, hands-on adjustments, and best practices for stress relief and injury management.
Each day of this program begins with a two-hour athletic training and recovery class incorporating The Roll Model® therapy ball self-massage work followed by an innovative Yoga Tune Up® functional movement session for your lower body – hips to heels.
Discover new ways to care for your body as you explore:
*Experiential anatomy practices that are fun and empowering.
*Self-care strategies for your lower back and hips.
*Ways to improve strength, mobility, and breath for more body awareness in sport and yoga.
*Innovative warm-ups and cool-downs to improve performance and reduce pain.
