**DON'T WAIT! This event is limited to only 12 people! Join your hosts Kathy Bennot and Cathy Favelle for a fun day on the golf course at MarLinks! 8:30 am Registration, load up golf carts & head to #3! 9 am: Cathy Favelle will guide you through her Yoga for Golfers stretch & mobility class on MarLinks beautifully scenic hole #3 green. (Note: No yoga experience is needed.) Bring your yoga mat or let us know if you need one ahead. You'll also need a golf club for some of the mobility stretches and drills 9:45 Kathy Bennot will teach us a few tricks to improve our short game chipping shots! There will be time for a short break before heading out for a fun 9 hole scramble with a twist! Cost: $35 Space is Limited to 12 attendees |

Chair Yoga Fit-4-Health Classes
NOW AT COREQUEST YOGA STUDIO! Wednesdays 9am-10am This class is unlike any other integrating chair yoga, myofascial self-massage therapy ball work, therapeutic stress reduction, breath work, joint mobility exercises, memory/brain function techniques and unique light weight training sequences for strength and bone density, In this class you will not only grow physically, you will grow mentally and soulfully, building community and friendships ALONG with enjoying great music, laughter and fun! IT'S NEVER TOO LATE TO TAKE THE FIRST STEP TOWARD BECOMING A HEALTHIER, HAPPIER YOU! Cost: $10/class To join our chair yoga classes call Cathy at 920-787-7800 What to Bring: Wear comfortable clothing you can move in, Bring a pair of light handweights (I recommend 2-5 lbs) and a water bottle for hydration. Note: There is no floor work in this class so you do not need yoga mats. If you do not have hand weights you may bring 2 full water bottles to use as weights. |

We work hard to support you and your lifestyle away from our studio by giving a generous time frame on all our packages. We hope that by providing you this extra time it makes it easier to fit classes into busy schedules but also provides an incentive end date to make sure you show up for yourself. The old adage of time flies is so true! Make every second count, make sure to take this time and this commitment for yourself and please know that in return we are unable to offer refunds or extensions. It is through these packages we are able to continue offering the high level of classes, quality instructors and a beautiful practice space for all.
