Tuesday's Yoga Class w/Upper Body Focus at  8-9 am
 
We'll start out with a gentle warm up to mobilize your entire body with a focus on relieving any upper body tissues with issues.  Neck, shoulders, arms, wrists, back, chest and core! We'll be working together to improve your mobility, stability and strength through functional body movement, yoga and self-massage therapy ball work.This class is designed to increase flexibility, range of motion, balance and improved mental focus along with building a more functionally stable and strong healthy, pain free body. ADD TO THIS our proven stress busting techniques for a healthier, more balanced nervous system, therapeutic breath work to improve your respiratory system, and immune boosting benefits of yoga and you have the perfect practice to bring optimal fitness, health and vitality back into your life

Recover & Restore Yoga 

Wednesday's  5:30-6:30 pm

Restore and recover from the daily physical & mental stresses of your day AND give your body and mind a full RESET! You'll unwind with gentle corrective yoga based stretches, therapy ball self massage work, muscle and tension releasing restorative yoga and breath work.
This class helps to release constricted hips, relax tight shoulder and neck muscles, realign posture and restore fluid mobility within your entire body while helping you turn your internal on-switch off, to reduce stress and set you up for a restorative nights sleep.

Lower Body & Core

Thursday's Yoga Class w/Lower Body Focus at 8-9 am

​We'll start out with a gentle warm up to mobilize your entire body with a focus on relieving any LOWER body tissues with issues. Back, hips, side body support muscles, glutes, IT, legs, calves, ankles, feet and core! We'll be working together to improve your mobility, stability and strength through functional body movement, yoga and self-massage therapy ball work.This class is designed to increase flexibility, range of motion, balance and improved mental focus along with building a more functionally stable and strong healthy, pain free body. Yoga Fun Flow Saturdays 

Saturday's 8:30-9:30 am 

​OMG, It's the start of the weekend!! LET'S HAVE SOME FUN getting your body and mind ready to go with the flow,
renewed and balanced! This class will be an all-levels mat class with fun sequencing, innovative movement exercises,
breath work and a little bonus of guided meditation to help bring your mind back to where it belongs...

Chair Yoga: Fit-For Health

Wednesday's 9:00 am to 10:00 am 
This class is unlike any other integrating chair & standing  yoga, massage therapy ball work for mobility and pain management, therapeutic stress reduction breath work, joint mobility exercises, memory/brain function techniques, balance work and unique light-weight training sequences for strength and bone density.
Perfect for anyone new to yoga or who prefers a practice without mat floor work.
